    SLC2004A4 is 20 characters wide, 4 rows character LCD Module, RW1063 controller (Industry-standard HD44780 compatible controller), 6800 4/8-bit parallel interface, Serial SPI IIC interface, wide operating temperature range, RoHS Compliant, built in character set supports English-Japanese, see the RW1063 datasheet for the full character set. It's 5V or 3.3V power supply, and IIC and SPI Interface is optional for Arduino.
    It's easily controlled by MCU such as 8051, PIC, AVR, ARDUINO, ARM and Raspberry Pi. It can be used in any embedded systems, industrial device, security, medical and hand-held equipment.

     I2C Interface Protocol

    Four 7-bit slave addresses (0111100, 0111101, 0111110 and 0111111) are reserved for the Controller. The least significant bit of the slave address is set by connecting the input SA0 (DB0) and SA1 (DB1) to either logic 0 (VSS) or logic 1 (VDD).
