SLG16032B is a 160*32 Monochrome Graphic LCD Module, AIP31020/ST7920 Controller that is built-in with 8192 16X16 dots Chinese fonts and 126 16X8 dots half height alphanumerical fonts.
SLG16032B supprot 6800 4/8-Bit parallel and 3-wire serial spi interface, wide operating temperature range, rohs compliant. 5V power supply in default and 3.3V is optional for bulk order.
