When the pin is pulled high, the input at SDA is treated as display data.
When the pin is pulled low, the input at SDA will be transferred to the command register.7 CS1 Chip SelectThis pin is the chip select pin. Low enable, high disable.8 CS2 Chip SelectThis pin is the chip select pin. Low enable, high disable.9 FR1 No Connection 10 FR2 No Connection
