SLG12864L supprot 8080 8-Bit Parallel or Serial SPI interface, wide operating temperature range, rohs compliant. 3.3V power supply in default.It's easily controlled by MCU such as 8051, PIC, AVR and ARM. D0 to D7 are 8-bit bi-directional data bus.
When P/S=“L” (Serial interface mode):
D7 is serial data input (SI).
D6 is serial clock input (SCL).
Serial interface mode does not support read operation8 D6(SCL) H/L 9 D5 H/L 10 D4 H/L 11 D3 H/L 12 D2 H/L 13 D1 H/L 14 D0 H/L 15 /WR L /WR signal for 8080 series MPU. Write data at rising edge of /WR. 16 /RD L /RD signal for 8080 series MPU. Read data when /RD is “L”. 17 X1/NC - RTP: Touch Position / NTP: No Connection 18 Y2/NC - RTP: Touch Position / NTP: No Connection 19 X2/NC - RTP: Touch Position / NTP: No Connection 20 Y1/NC - RTP: Touch Position / NTP: No Connection Note: D0 to D5, /RD and /WR signals are pulled to VDD by on-board 100KΩ resistors. These terminals can be kept open in serial interface mode.
